General Terms of Use
The General Terms describe, determine and govern the use of the content and the services of the website bit-center.net (“Site”).
The Site is owned and operated by BIT Center d.o.o.
We reserve the right to change any part of the Site and to delete any part of the content without prior notice.
Site users
A User is any person who accesses the Site and uses it for whatever purpose. The use is possible for an indefinite number of users who receive the service in a manner, under the terms and in accordance with these conditions.
Copyright
The content may not be reproduced, modified, transcribed, republished and distributed without the prior written permission of the provider.
Use of Content
All published contents are used by users at their own risk. The service provider will try to ensure that all the contents are correct and up-to-date but is not responsible for it.
Site accessibility
We reserve the right to suspend access to the Site for technical reasons for maintenance and replacement of equipment. We do not guarantee the accessibility of the Site in the event of network outages or any outages, errors, other technical malfunctions or interruptions.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

We use Google Analytics to collect information about the pages you visit on our site, how often, how long you stay there, etc.
Based on this information, we can see how many visitors are visiting our webpages, which parts of the Site they are most interested in, or if they have any problems visiting them.
Immediately after they have been collected, the data of the Site visitors are anonymized and since then stored in an aggregated form.
We keep the email contact information until the user unsubscribes from the email list and then we delete it within one year.
Each user has the right to unsubscribe from his/her email address at any time by sending a written request, or he/she can unsubscribe by clicking on the appropriate link to each newsletter.
We do not share the above information with external users. However, as far as web analytics is concerned, we process them with the assistance of Google (Google Analytics), which in some cases may involve the transfer of personal data to a US processor. Such a transfer is possible in accordance with a specific decision by the European Commission called the Privacy Shield, which states that US companies, that undertake to comply with the principles of this shield, provide an adequate level of personal data protection.
